We’re excited that you’re interested in attending the 27th IAVE World Volunteer Conference in Busan, South Korea, from October 22-25, 2024. If you require a letter of invitation to apply for a visa, please follow the instructions below:
- IAVE Members—If you are an IAVE member and joined before April 1, 2024, please email wvc@iave.org.
IAVE will make reasonable efforts to support your request, but we reserve the right to decline issuing a letter. Please note that we are unable to discuss our review process or provide reasons for our decisions.
Please remember that IAVE cannot issue visas. Visa support letters are only part of the application process, which must be completed directly with the relevant Republic of Korea authorities responsible for issuing visas.
